Shipping and Delivery

We will confirm your order and payment via e-mail and will process your order upon confirmation of payment. We will then e-mail you when the item/s are shipped and notify you of the approximate due date.

We ship mostly USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 2 to 3 business days. For faster service you can select USPS Express Mail. Shipping outside the US will vary and shipping to APO, FPO and other US posts outside the US may be available as well. Dependent upon your country of origin there may be additional duty or VAT fees due. The purchaser is responsible for the fee that may incur. Please indicate if these special shipping situations apply to you when you place order.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is always the top priority on our agenda. If for any reason at all you are not  completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are in the original condition. Shipping and handling and insurance on returned merchandise are not refundable.  Please enclose the 'Return Form' which is on the back of the invoice with your returned item/items stating if you want an exchange or a refund to the address specified in the form. You can expect a refund within 7 to 14  business days of our receiving your return.
